It's a quiet place to live, whilst being a friendly community at the same time. The closeness of the car ferry is really handy, whilst not causing any disruption; also the chain ferry offers quick access over the Medina to Cowes. Although the town is just a few minutes away, it's useful to know Newport is only a ten minute drive too.
