Having moved to Eastbourne some years ago, we where initially unsure about buying an apartment. However, we have truly loved living in our wonderful home.
It was the fact the apartment had its own roof terrace which initially drew us to the flat. But there is actually so much more to the property than that. The genuine feeling of space has made for a really comfortable lifestyle for us both. Whenever friends or family have wanted to stay, we have never felt full up, ensuring everyone enjoys their own space.
We have also enjoyed sharing the fantastic lifestyle, with so much to do for all tastes. We have particularly enjoyed the local Golf, with a variety of courses to play, you will be spoilt for choice! Although we have also enjoyed regular trips to the theatre, with a lovely meal afterwards and a walk along the promenade.
We are now looking to move nearer our family and we are confident that the new buyers will love living in this wonderful apartment as much as we have.
