Full description

Tenure: Freehold

This great two bedroom end of terraced home could be a fantastic first time buy, but with the size of the rooms available could also be suitable for older buyers looking to make that difficult down size move. Both bedrooms are good size doubles and are serviced by the family bathroom. On the ground floor the lounge has a large window that makes it lovely and bright. The kitchen is also a good size, has plentiful storage units and worktops and space for a breakfast table if required.

The conservatory adds extra valuable reception space and could be used as a formal dining room or a peaceful retreat, the choice is yours. The rear garden catches the light throughout the morning and into the afternoon so the conservatory never gets too hot. There is a beautiful mature tree, a Mulberry tree which I am told produces masses of fruit and a first for me in 20 years, a couple of banana trees!

There is parking for two cars to the front, sometimes a rarity this near to the town centre, so there is no hunting around for a parking space after a busy day at work.

Mums and Dads will be pleased to hear that Arunside is the local primary school and is much improved in recent years. For older children they can attend Tanbridge House Secondary school that has had some excellent results at GCSE level in recent years.

What the Owner says:

With a young family this location has been fantastic for us. The children’s school is just a short walk away and it takes less than ten minutes to stroll into Horsham town centre. There is a park where the children can play just up the road and the local shops are really handy and are perfect if you run out of a few bits and bobs between your big weekly shop.

Our favourite room in the house is probably the conservatory, its beautiful on warm summer evenings. We will often sit out there and relax for a few hours after we have got the little ones to bed. It’s always the perfect end to a busy hectic day!
