Full description

You do not have to be a Lord or Lady to buy this property, but the first owners of this fine Victorian residence probably where!  With its prime Mead's location, perfect for those who want to explore the Town centre but also enjoy great access to the South Downs, in its day it would have been in millionaires row!

Picture yourself as you meander down the long tiled pathway to the imposing front door, you would be forgiven if you feel rather regal as you admire the fantastic Victorian architecture, your home!

Making your way onto the first floor, as you enter your own entrance hall, you immediately notice the fantastic light and spacious feel.  Picture yourself as you sit at the table in the kitchen/reception room as you enjoy a well earned cup of tea.  Should you wish to entertain, then this will become the perfect space to prepare a great feast for your guests, whilst you take in the wonderful views across the rear gardens.

Should the mood allow, why not take your guests downstairs to the wonderful walled garden, the perfect space to enjoy a spot of "alfresco" dining. Or if you prefer, why not just sit back, relax and dose off in the warm summer sunshine, what a perfect place to live!

With two good size bedrooms, should your guests wish to stay the night, there will be plenty of space for all.

So if your looking for that perfect base to explore the many delights of this wonderful coastal town then look no further as this apartment is offered chain free and is ready for you to call home!

What the owner says

"It was some years ago when we made the decision to move down to this wonderful town, we had been visiting Eastbourne for some years, so we knew exactly what to expect from the Town.

It has certainly lived up to its billing, we have enjoyed such a varied and exciting retirement.  With so much to do we can quite honestly say, there has never been a dull moment.

We have found this location to be so convenient, offering us and our guests fantastic access to Eastbourne Town centre.  We have enjoyed regular trips to the theatre, followed by a lovely meal and perhaps a walk along the Pier!

We have also enjoyed the proximity to the South Downs, there is nothing quite like a walk over the Downs, taking in the fabulous views out towards the Sea and of course ending up in a local coffee shop for a well earned break.

We will miss this wonderful life here in Eastbourne, but it is now time for us to pursue pastures new, but we are certain the new buyers will feel at home as quickly as we did."
