​"It was some years ago when we made the decision to move down to this wonderful town, we had been visiting Eastbourne for some years, so we knew exactly what to expect from the Town. 

It has certainly lived up to its billing, we have enjoyed such a varied and exciting retirement.  With so much to do we can quite honestly say, there has never been a dull moment. 

We have found this location to be so convenient, offering us and our guests fantastic access to Eastbourne Town centre.  We have enjoyed regular trips to the theatre, followed by a lovely meal and perhaps a walk along the Pier! 

We have also enjoyed the proximity to the South Downs, there is nothing quite like a walk over the Downs, taking in the fabulous views out towards the Sea and of course ending up in a local coffee shop for a well earned break. 

We will miss this wonderful life here in Eastbourne, but it is now time for us to pursue pastures new, but we are certain the new buyers will feel at home as quickly as we did."
