The house was built in 1964 and we were the proud second owners. It has been a great home to bring up our family over the last nearly forty years and being at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it was always safe for the children to go out to play. As a family, we love spending time in the garden, and we put a lot of thought into the design, as we wanted to have enough space for the children to let off steam, as well as an area where we could cultivate our many plants and flowers. Over the years, we have made many improvements to our home, increasing the size with a double storey extension to provide a study which we occasionally use as a bedroom, shower room and utility room downstairs and a further two bedrooms upstairs. We have always been active within the Wadhurst community and have found the location of the house is perfect. It is a great village, with local shops making it convenient for your every day needs. We have really enjoyed living in our home, but feel it is now the time to be closer to our immediate family.
