I was living with my parents and looking to purchase my first home. After viewing a few different apartments in various locations I came across this one in Southwater and it looked very nice. When I arrived at the village I was pleasantly surprised as it had a very relaxed feel about it and I remember thinking before I even viewed the apartment that I could see myself living here. Once inside, I was really impressed by the size and had not seen anything like it and the open plan kitchen/dining lounge area was just what I was after.I have been very happy here and will be sad to leave but am looking to move towards the coast.
