“We have had lots of special occasions here from a 50th birthday
party to a Halloween party for about 80 or so 17 year olds in a
marquee in the garden. There is always plenty of space for all the
guests and we also have lots of parking out at the front.”
She adds: “Because we are detached the house does feel quite
secluded and set apart from the neighbours.”
PEACE AND QUIET
The house is situated between Camberley, Frimley Green and
Bagshot, and is just a short drive from Camberley town centre. It is
popular for the balance of convenience and tranquillity that it
offers.
“We feel that we are away from hustle and bustle, and yet it is very
easy to get to everything. My daughter goes to Charters School
and this is an area from which lots of people commute into London
too. We are within very easy reach of Ascot, which is a place I like;
Windsor is also lovely, with lots to do and some very nice shops, but
then after spending time there you can return home to the peace
and quiet.”
She adds: “I think I will miss that more than anything else – it is so
unusual to find a road like this, so quiet and yet also so close to
everything you need. Living here has been a wonderful experience.”
