“I currently use the third bedroom as a study but it could even be a small sitting room, dining room or play room, if that suited someone else better,” she says. “The main drawing room is so large that it can be arranged with a formal dining table and chairs at one end and then comfortable seating at the other.”

“It is a very comfortable and easy home to live in,” she admits.
