"Originally we bought this property with the dream of renovating and extending it to make it our dream family home. We decided to see if there was any potential with the garden, as our thoughts were we could use the monies selling the land to modernise the house. We got planning for our detached house. Then after much deliberation we decided it would an idea to obtain planning for our house to be knocked down and two put in its place.


With our busy lives we have decided we want to buy the finished product and sell our land to someone who has the time and desire to develop it. So if any developers would consider a part exchange for a luxury 4/5 bedroom property in the BH14 area we certainly would be open to negotiation.  We have enjoyed living here, its location suits us perfectly walking into Ashley Cross after work for a glass of wine or bite to eat or strolling across to Whitecliff park for a Sunday afternoon walk.
