When we viewed the apartment we were struck by how quiet the location is, given it is so close to the City centre. Not being on the ground floor was a massive bonus for us– a 2nd floor apartment gave us a greater feeling of security on hot summer nights. This also gave us great views from the balcony, as there are no immediate properties of a similar height to the front. When we want to, we can quickly walk into the City for that extra bit of shopping or to enjoy the night-life and culture this wonderful place has to offer. The short walk to Canterbury West railway station gives the opportunity of getting into central London with ease.
