This has been a fantastic family home in which we have built a lifetime of good memories. The house offers an ideal location to bring our child up with great schools and sport facilities close by; not to mention the sea. We love being able to walk into town, take strolls along the seafront, or cross the road to the beach. Great proximity to numerous restaurants and local facilities.

The room sizes are all generous to say the least and the house is so light and airy and you will absolutely love the space in the kitchen where you can have the patio doors open to the private garden.

The house has always been able to accommodate our growing family and we know it will also provide the next family with the potential in which to watch their children grow for many years to come.
