Situation And Description - This Grade II listed barn for conversion is situated set back away from the village road in the village of Sutton Benger which is a popular and sought after area within easy reach of Chippenham (about 4 miles).

The barn and paddock are shown coloured pink for identification purposes only on plan and extend in total to about 1.14 acre. The adjoining farmhouse (Lot 10) is shown coloured blue.
