We have really enjoyed our time in Sadlers Walk where the residents are friendly and we have lovely neighbours. The village shops are a ten minute walk away. The house is easy to maintain and we have put in a new kitchen and shower room, however our circumstances are changing and we are moving to a bungalow.

Emsworth centre has a lovely village feel, with independent shops, cosy cafes and pubs. Chichester Harbour is a popular sailing area and there are miles of walks along the foreshore. Transport links are excellent with the 700 bus route to Portsmouth, Chichester, Arundel and beyond. There are mainline trains from nearby Havant and the A3 and M27 are easily accessed.
