This house has been in our family for many years, our parents owned it and we grew up here as children. The street is a really family friendly neighbourhood, the duck ponds are just around the corner so its a great place to take the kids for an afternoon out. There are plenty of local schools and nurseries nearby, as well as superb transport links into Wallington, Croydon, the Purley Way and London.
It is going to be tough to let this house go as it holds such fond memories of our childhood, however, we really hope it can do the same for the next owner.
