This delightful location is situated on the Shropshire / Worcestershire border just outside Cleobury Mortimer within a 20 minute drive of historic Ludlow whilst being little more than an hour drive west from Birmingham and the West Midlands conurbation.

With the benefit of holiday use for twelve months of the year holiday use, Lakeside Country Park is open for 365 days of the year, with sub letting allowed to give an attractive return on your investment if you wish.

The location is idyllic, occupying a 7.5 acre site approached via the private entrance drive leading up to the golf club whilst also enjoying an excellent degree of privacy.

Unlike some parks there is no fixed period lease, with owners having a straight forward license to occupy their property without time limit.

A service charge, currently £2,544 for the year 2016/17 is payable to Sovereign Parks as a contribution to the communal maintenance and upkeep of the site.

All pitches are designed to accommodate a 40' x 20' unit and purchasers will be able to choose from the ranges of well known manufacturers Stately Albion, Prestige, Omar and Pemberton in order to buy the perfect property.

To reserve the property of your choice, a non refundable pitch deposit of £5,000 is payable , followed by a further non refundable deposit of £25,000 once the order is submitted to the lodge manufacturer. The balance of the purchase price will be payable upon completion and purchasers should note that typical lead times of 9-12 months are expected between order and completion.

Please note that although 12 months holiday use is permitted at Lakeside Country Park, this does not constitute consent to occupy a lodge as a permanent residential dwelling.

There is an extensive variety of different layouts available, usually of either 2 or 3 bedroom design, to suit each purchasers particular requirements.

There is no council tax liability with the lodges at Lakeside View nor is there any requirement for occupiers to remove their lodge from the site after it reaches a certain age. The purchaser will own each lodge outright, occupying each pitch under a license agreement with Sovereign Parks.

Purchasers should be aware that a 15% fee is payable to Sovereign Parks in the event that the owner of any lodge subsequently sells the property.
