We came down this way 3 years ago and although we didn't know Ashford that well we had friends who recommended the area. We looked at nine in total and this one stood head and shoulders above the rest. It was much bigger and being dog owners, there was loads of space for all of us to enjoy.
The area is great but the house needed a little work. We've installed a new kitchen and shower room downstairs and fitted solar panels on the roof. We decorated the whole house and also dug out the garden which has made a real difference.
The configuration of the garden works really well, the lounge and dining room open out to a private garden which is perfect for entertaining, as its contained it is safe for children and dogs.
