I really didn't want a property that needed a lot of work as I work long hours.

A new build seemed the perfect property for me. However, I still wanted one that did not feel like it was on an estate and in a quiet setting.

As soon as I saw this home I loved it. The living room was so much larger than the other places I had seen, plus it was situated in a really peaceful location in the development I knew it was for me.

I have loved it here during the past few years and hope the new owners will as well.
