Moving down from London to Caterham was an easy choice for us. We have enjoyed it here as It has been a very nice place to live and we have loved the fact that we have had access to plenty of green open spaces as well as being close to the local amenities.It is now time to move on, but we hope that the next owners will have as many, if not more, happy times here.
