I bought this home in 1995and it required quite a lot of work, the garden was also a jungle. I set to work on the garden and it is now a lovely place to sit and relax. I also installed central heating, re fitted the kitchen and replaced the patio doors to the rear.There was an old sun lounge on the back that I had re-built and added a WC too, it is a really useful room and has served as a bedroom for my family when they have stayed with me. I am selling as I wish to move closer to my family.
