Location - Situated in open countryside, the land is approximately 1.5 miles from both the villages of Great Rollright and Long Compton, on the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire border. Local larger towns include: Chipping Norton (4 miles), Shipston-on-Stour (8 miles) and Banbury (12 miles). There are good road links with easy access to the A44, Fosseway and M40.

Description - The land is accessed from Butlers Road through a five bar metal gate and comprises of three fields extending to approximately 6.24 acres of permanent pasture that has been grazed with sheep. The fields are bordered with stock fencing and some maturer hedges. The land is within the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and in a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone.
