I love this flat.  I have had it since 2008 (my first home) and only now have got married and need something bigger, hence the sale, oh and a dog!  So I cant have that in a flat.  It is the penthouse flat and has views across the area, excellent sunsets and in the Summer - brilliant for getting a nice London/Kent tan all day.  If you look over to the right you can see the river, so a lovely river view from the balcony.  It has two large bedrooms, central heating throughout, a moderate bathroom, large open plan living room and kitchen area with balcony.  Only 5 flats have the circular balcony, this is one of them.  The pictures are a mixture of when I first moved in and now.  The flat has been re-carpeted and painted floor to ceiling.  There is communal areas that you would expect.   And a private parking space.  A2 Dominion are excellent hosts for the block and are so open to suggestions and repair requests, when needed.  I am sad to let this go.  Please look after it if your interested!  Its near Abbey Wood and Erith train station, and has excellent links to the new Crossrail, M25 and Bluewater, for those that like shopping.  London and Kent links are great.  

Of note - the maintance fee can vary, it can go up and down, depending on the work that the company carry out.  Minimum I have paid in 8 years is min £78 pcm and max £158 pcm.  They are amazing at taking on feedback and suggestions and also really quick at sorting out problems or issues!
