HOW TO FIND IT TQ9 6AN. Leave the A38 at the Ashburton - Peartree Cross turnoff and take the Landscove road. Continue for 3 miles, passing through Landscove and turn left at Memory Cross and the property is on the left after a third of a mile.

From Totnes, go through Dartington on the A384. After Dartington, just over the brow of the hill, turn right signposted Staverton Bridge, cross the Dart, bear right after the railway line and turn left signposted Landscove. After 1½ miles, turn right at Memory Cross.
