Our clients took the lease at Lulworth lodge as an adjunct to a larger property called West Lulworth House which they intend to keep. Run as part of the group our clients report net sales of 437,856 in the 2013 year from a season that runs from March to November. No more recent figures are available.

LEASE

A new sublease within the 1954 Act from 2011 for a 15 year term at an initial rent of 48,000 per annum subject to an indexation rent review in November 2016 and 5 yearly. There is no tie. The sublease is for the entire term of the head lease at the same rent.
