When I first viewed the maisonette around 5 years ago, I fell in love with the garden. I like the fact that I can potter around the kitchen and enjoy the view over the lawn and collection of fruit trees which look so pretty with their spring blossom each year. I also appreciated being able to move straight into my new home as there was no work that needed to be done. However, after a while, I decided to upgrade the existing conservatory which is now a wonderful place to sit and admire the garden, even in the winter months.

Much as I'm reluctant to move home, I can't manage the whole garden on my own now but I know it will be appreciated by the next lucky owner.
