"We were looking for our first family home in a good school catchment area.  We have several friends who live on Parkstone Avenue so we knew the road was very family friendly.


 


When we bought the house we fell in love with the cosy lounge, with open log fire.  This was a real attraction for us as well as its other 1930s features.  We love the stained glass front door.  The kitchen was also an attraction as it is so spacious with plenty of storage.


 


We wanted a south facing garden and have enjoyed sitting out on the patio (or in the hot tub!) enjoying the evening sun.


 


We will be sad to leave this happy and well-loved family home."

Parkstone Avenue is a highly sought after road with a combination of older style character properties and converted flats mainly occupied by families and professionals. You are just a short walk to the amenities of Penn Hill and Branksome train station with direct routes to Waterloo, London.
