I bought this property when it was brand new from the builders around 20 years ago. It was one of the show homes for the new estate they were developing and as soon as I saw it I knew it would be suitable. I had the conservatory put on to give me somewhere to sit out and enjoy the garden when the weather was horrible. As the house was new I could choose to have either two or three bedrooms upstairs. As there was just myself I chose to have a large main bedroom with dressing area along with a guests bedroom but you could easily convert it into three just like a lot of our neighbours here. Although I have taken the bath out and made a wet room instead you could, again, easily put this back to make a lovely family bathroom.
