I have lived in this property for many years and even when I moved out I didn't want to sell it so I rented it outThe location was great for me as it was easy to get to work locally and even as a rental I never seemed to have trouble finding a willing tenant.It does need a little bit of TLC, but I think it gives the next owner a chance to decorate the property as they would want to. When I was looking at houses in Chatham some of the roads seemed quite tight and parking would be difficult, however here the road is wider and you can park on both sides
