Full description

Tenure: Freehold

Come and view this three bedroom, double bay and forecourt property down one of the most prestigious roads in the North of Portsmouth. The property has a lovely big square bay, which is a much easier space to utilise than the bays you usually find in these houses.

The ground floor has been fantastically thought out and even though is mainly open plan throughout, has some lovely little pockets where you can have a bit of peace and quiet away from the rest of the house. The owners have created an ideal little space in the corner of the kitchen, which they use as almost a study area that does not encroach on the rest of the kitchen at all due to its size.

The lounge is at the front of the house and has a lovely big square bay window, which in the summer allows light to just flood into the room. It also has a log burner, making the big front room seem like a nice cosy space.

The house is just crying out for a growing or already established family to fall in love with the size and condition that the current owners have created, ready to pick up the keys and make it their own.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here in Torrington Road for 13 years and have absolutely loved our time here. The house was already a big size but we wanted that social area that so many people like these days, so have created a nice big open plan kitchen and dining area and even have space for a centre island in the kitchen.

We have done lots of work to the property; pretty much everything that you can see. We would like to think that the next owners won’t have to do anything to the house when they buy it. Even the flooring has been done to a good standard as we decided to put down a good quality oak.
