OUR VIEW: "It would be a reasonably fair argument, I think, to say that this development is the best-placed of all the "overs" flats in the area: it's close to shops (including Waitrose), has reasonably level access, is right opposite a doctor's surgery, and close to a cinema, library and a selection of excellent eateries too. This flat is on the first floor, yet has its own front door at ground level (plus a stairlift, should you need one). At the top of the stairs is a pleasant sitting area (it's actually part of the hallway to be honest, but that rather undersells it) with a window that overlooks the front door. This means you can see who is calling before you remotely release the catch.
