I have lived here for over 10 years. It was my very first home and I originally bought the apartment with a friend which we shared for some time. My sister also bought an apartment here at the same time which just shows what a great place it is to live. The location is second to none as I commute to London every day. The trains from Hackbridge are regular with a journey time of just 30 minutes. The large communal gardens give a real sense of space in the development and you will always find somewhere to park.
The apartment is also close to Beddington Park and in the summer we often walk down the bridle path which runs along the river. It really is a tranquil setting which we will sadly miss. I am sure the new owners will be as happy here as I have been.
