"We bought 27 Trelawney Road originally as an investment where I also lived as a student and rented out to my friends. We chose the property due to its size, lovely spacious rooms and fantastic location. It is only a few minutes walk to town and the Woodlane Campus of Falmouth University. The beaches are about 15 minutes walk away and there are great schools and parks close by.

My husband and I met as students in the property and now live there with our two children, and it makes a lovely family home as well as a great rental property. We have had many years building lots of great memories here, especially in the front garden which is small but gets lots of sunshine, making it a fabulous place for an evening glass of wine watching the world go by.

The property itself is full of lovely features and feels incredibly homely and loved. It needs a little TLC throughout and the only reason we a looking to move is to give our children a bigger garden as they grow. The house, character and location are going to be very hard to beat!"
