Believe it or not, we had never even heard of Birchington before we moved here. Originally from Bexley Heath we started our search in Broadstairs but soon found you could get so much more for your money in Birchington.

We absolutely love the flat and the only reason we are looking to move is because we need somewhere bigger. Over recent years we have done a lot of work to include a new bathroom, windows and flooring. We have also recently extended the lease to 125 years.
