I have lived here now for 16 years and love being so close to the seafront, I can even see the sea from my southerly facing lounge!
Since I have lived here I have totally re-furbished the flat and re-fitted the kitchen and bathroom.

The area is fantastic, I have shops, a cafe and a hairdressers all within walking distance and I am a stones throw away from the beach! I love the different views I have from each window, the sea from my lounge, a side aspect view from the kitchen and I look onto gardens from my bedroom.

I am now looking for a new project to do to keep me busy in my retirement and hope someone will enjoy living here as much as I have!
