WHEELHOUSE
10' 0" x 9' > 8'0" (3.05m x 2.74m) This is split level, the upper part has seating all round and double doors to the aft deck. Storage under the seats and extra seating can be added to form a dining area seating around 8 people. A multi fuel stove is on the starboard side. The lower part has doors to port and starboard and is 10' x 8' with a further 3' of chart table with storage under.

COMPANIONWAY
14' 0" x 4' 0" (4.27m x 1.22m) Stairs lead down to the companionway with 14 feet of storage on the starboard side. The end cupboard housing the 12-volt battery and charger and fuses.

11' 5" x 10' 5" (3.48m x 3.18m) The main cabin is entered through double doors which were the original doors from the wheelhouse when she was a working vessel. They have a brass plaque with the legend 'cert for crew' plus 2 bevelled glass oval windows. The main cabin has space for a walk around double bed with 26 feet of wardrobe space. 2 fixed and 2 opening portholes plus hatch.

FOC'SLE CABIN
9' 0" x 6' 0" (2.74m x 1.83m) A small foc'sle cabin leads off this main cabin but with restricted head height. It has a built-in single bed. There is a large escape hatch and plenty of shelves and cupboard.

ENGINE ROOM
This large room houses the water tanks, oil central heating boiler, water pump and also provides ample storage for ancillary items for the barge.

TOLLESBURY
This is a charming working village with multiple amenities and a strong sense of community. It is a popular weekend destination with a Marina, Cruising and Sailing Clubs. It was voted No.10 in The Times Best Coastal Walks for 2015.
This village is approximately 20 minutes by car to Witham mainline railway station and approximately 45 minutes to the M25.
