Introduction
Brook View is a Stunning New Development of just 15 Homes. There are 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties available, with a combination of Apartments, Mews and Semi-detached houses so there really is something to suit everyone. Brook View is in Crowton, a civil parish and village within the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. Crowton is one of the North West's most beautiful sought after quaint little villages. You don't have to just take our word for this; Crowton was presented with 'The Overall Championship Community Pride Award' for 'Best Kept Village' last year and in years previous to this. There is a fantastic primary school within walking distance from the site. The village is surrounded by open countryside and lies close to Delamere Forest. Frodsham, Northwich and Chester are within easy reach each providing a wide range of shops and services. The road, rail and motorway networks allow easy daily commuter access to the regions commercial centres.

The Village
There are lots of beautiful landmarks that add to the charm of this picturesque village such as the traditional metal street signs, and the vintage red phone box situated outside the Hare and Hounds Pub. Inside of the phone box is a community notice board filled with social event information of the village and there are a range of books left in there for visitor's perusal.
There is a War Memorial near the site, which was constructed in 1921 to commemorate the servicemen from the village who died in the First World War. The memorial stands in a small grassed area enclosed by a hedge. To the left of the war memorial is a wooden frame displaying the collection of Best Kept Village Award plaques dating from 1979.
At the heart of the Village stands The Hare and Hounds Pub which underwent refurbishment in 2016. This is just a 3 minute walk from the development site. This pub has a great community feel with all customers (and their dogs) on first name terms with the staff who offer a friendly and personal service. They serve a fantastic selection of beers and home-made food and there is a lovely big room at the back should you prefer some privacy or a romantic meal for two. The Hare and Hounds also boasts a peaceful beer garden in which one of the three local brooks flows through. The outside provides a lovely surrounding for enjoying a drink in the sunshine during the summer months. For the cooler seasons the pub has log burning fires inside to keep you warm and cosy. Coincidently the pub sells a pale ale called Ainsworth Ale which was named after Ainsworth Mill (Ainsworth Mill was previously situated on the Brook View site).
