OWNERS COMMENTS We were instantly attracted to the property as it was a newly built home close to local schools and the town Centre. It was, and still is the perfect location for us. Everything we need for daily, family life is close by in the town centre, yet it is a very peaceful and quiet place to live with friendly and considerate neighbours. It is very handy to be able to walk to Sainsburys for our weekly shop in a matter of seconds. After a very happy eight years here, we have decided to move to a slightly larger property locally, as our family has grown. We hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
