"My house has been in the family for 49 years, we have been very happy here taking the dogs for walks in Epping Forest and have many friends in the area.
The neighbours are warm and friendly and take care of each other when needed.
Being only minutes to Wood St station and the tube it is very convenient to get into the city.
With cafes and shops close by also a short walk to Walthamstow Village.
I will be sad to leave this house and friends but i am going to live with my daughter and her family."
