OWNERS COMMENTS This was the best flat I could find when I was looking for my first home. It was bigger than any other flat I could find, and the quiet, tucked away location appeals to me. Having the allocated parking space was an added bonus. It is a bright and sunny flat with two good sized bedrooms, and there is also enough room in the lounge for a dining table which is great. Everything I need for daily life is close by in either Sandown, Lake or Shanklin, and it's brilliant being such a short distance away from two beautiful beaches in the summer months.
