OWNERS COMMENTS There are a number of reasons why we liked this property. Our apartment gets the sun in the afternoon making the balcony a pleasant place to sit. The location is great, a relatively flat walk to the shops and supermarket. The seafront is also only a short walk. The block is quiet and our neighbours have always been pleasant. As a holiday home, our apartment is quick to heat, and efficient to run. We now plan to look for another property in Shanklin.
