We’ve lived in our home for over 20 years and have truly enjoyed the convenience of living so close to a full array of shops, not to mention being moments away from the seafront.

Over the years we have modernised and improved the property but it's just too big for us now and we are looking to down-size locally. One of our most recent improvements was replacing the boiler to a more efficient type. Selsey is a lovely place to live, we have a great local community and there is plenty to do.
