We have lived in this property for over twenty years and have thoroughly enjoyed the glorious views and lovely gardens. The gardens extend down to Lower Gills Cliff Road and we have often thought you could build some other houses down there. We have invested a lot of money into twenty photo voltaic solar panels which provide free power plus an extra tax free index linked income for the next twenty years which also transfers with the property. There are good bus services to the town and beyond. The front provides parking for two vehicles and the garage is a useful storage area. Since owning the property, we have replaced the boiler and had cavity wall insulation installed. We shall miss the house and the lovely views from the garden.
