The A38 Devon Expressway provides links to the south to Plymouth and Exeter to the north. Exeter provides links to the M5 motorway and London and Bristol. There are regular rail services to London Paddington from Plymouth. Exeter International Airport provides an ever increasing number of domestic and international flights including two flights a day to London City Airport.

To the rear of the property is an attached two storey barn. The ground floor is used for storage by the stores, whilst the upper floor, accessed via a staircase, is utilised as storage for the house.
