I moved here just over a year ago as I wanted to move to Aylesham to be closer to my family. This was the ideal spot as I was very nearby. What I really like about this particular home was that it was it is in good condition and the garden is low maintenance so I do not have to do any work.

Although it did not need much work I have re-paved the back garden, installed a new drive and dropped the kerb. Re-plastered and re-decorated as well as laid new carpets.

Although I love this home I am now looking to downsize to a bungalow.
