One careful owner who is now looking to pass the keys onto someone who will love this apartment as much as we have. We were the first people to own this property and have enjoyed making it our home, stamping our mark on it to produce a welcoming space. The development has some lovely people living here which has created a really nice community. It is also the surrounding area with all its conveniences which has helped us to establish our roots here. It will be a shame to leave but it was our first venture into the property market. Our lives have been enriched with the arrival of our first born and we now feel that the time has come to allow another young family to enjoy what we have.
