I have lived here in Beresford road for seven years now and its been a great little place to live as it is close to everything. It’s a really good size with three bedrooms which would all fit double beds without to much of a problem.

The garden is a nice sunny aspect so you still get a bit of sun when you come home from work in the early evening.

The only reason that I am moving is that I have two cars and one of which I need a garage for. I hope the next owners are as happy here as I have been.
