"I have been a Wanstead resident for 57 years and have lived in this beautiful house since 1985.
My two children attended local schools, were subsequently University educated and now both have successful professional careers.
We have added to and maintained the house's Edwardian style over the years but obviously it has the scope to extend upwards (as is of a Gable End construction) and possibly create larger open living space on the ground floor.
A plus side is no houses facing opposite thus creates ample parking spaces yet a short walk away leads to a vibrant High Street and the Central Line or alternatively in the other directions Bowls, Cricket/Football, Rugby and Tennis clubs.
So it always was and still is even more so now possible 'to drink and dine' within easy walking distance of the house - however life has created new adventures since Retirement and we plan to relocate locally especially as she is an avid M&S fan plus of course the new Artisan Bakery!
My partner has always offered to 'mow' the front garden on many occasions! It is quite obviously a low maintenance beach set on a weed proof membrane with deck chairs in the shed!!!"
