I have had the best of both worlds here, I purchased the property from new, and have lived here for many years. For the last 5 years i have had the property rented out, it makes a great home and a really good rental and i have never had any problems. I am now looking to sell up and move on to other things, I will be sad to see this go but excited for my new adventure,
Not only is the property very nice but the location really is great, being close to local shops and close to good road links is ideal , and the area itself is very well kept and quiet.
