We have lived here in Sullivan Way for around three years now and bought it as our first home. It's a great size and perfect for anyone looking to buy their first or second house. We didn't have huge amounts to do when we got the house but have decorated throughout to our own taste so hopefully the next owners shouldn't have much to do when they pick up the keys.

We will always have fond memories of the house as it is the first home we brought our new born little girl home to, but it is time for us to move on and for someone else to enjoy Sullivan Way.
