'I have owned the apartment for the past 9 years, more recently it's been used as my second home, I have had many happy years here. It's a lovely apartment with a great garden, despite being close to all the amenities of Wanstead High Street its very quiet and peaceful. I have lovely neighbours two young professional families either side and young couple who are doctors above. The place was recently refurbished with a new shower room, the shutters and blinds are brand new with beautiful curtains in the bedrooms that are rubber lined for sound protection and blackout, I plan to leave the white goods in the kitchen, if there's anything else you wish me to then I'd be happy to negotiate. Wanstead is a great place to live and I'll be sad to leave."
