These have attractive flint walls to the western boundary and to the south, direct frontage to Chichester Canal. Owned by the same family since 1948, this has clearly been a much loved family home and it is a rare opportunity to acquire a Regency house with much of its original features intact.

The location of Ashby Cottage has many attractions, being within easy reach of Chichester, close to the footpaths and cycle paths along the banks of the canal and within a few miles of Chichester Marina and the sandy beaches of West Wittering, approximately 7 miles to the south.
